Malton Cookery School 

 

 

A relocation project for Fitzwilliam Estate. The existing building was a disused section of a large local hotel. The structural works required were undertaken to separate the new school from the rest of the building. The building was stripped back to bare brickwork and cleaned to leave a fair faced finish. The fit out was done to “modern” style making use of reclaimed materials to clad walls and making the service area. amd included installation of new electrical, plumbing and heating and extract systems.
